Latin and Latin-American TV stations may have the sexiest weather women of them all, as far as skimpy wardrobes go. But we have seen hot TV weather women from many countries. Sadly, Katie Rose is not a TV meteorologist but she is at SCORELAND for this special report. "Hello, here is your weather forecast on the air," Katie Rose announces. "Today, it will be very hot.
